As a doula, depending on when you hire me, I provide advice on everything from nutrition and exercise to developing a birth plan and picking the right birthing facility. As a photographer I see the undeniable beauty and uniqueness in each birth - but as  a doula I am also passionate about childbirth education and preparation! If you are a first time mom (or anytime mom!) or have have previous birth trauma, a skilled professional doula can be an excellent addition to your birth team.)
