Hi! I’m Julia

I am the owner of Quiver Full Doula Services. I have been married for 3 years and my husband and I have two beautiful children. 

My love for birth and postpartum started as a very young girl. I was always fascinated and intrigued by the whole process of pregnancy and birth and I always played midwife to my sisters growing up. I am one of nine children and growing up there was always a baby in the family. I was an aunt at age 8. I was known to my family and friends as “Mama Ju”. My love for babies and all things birth grew. In 2015 I began my certification to becoming a doula by attending workshops, births and doing lots and lots of homework. I then paused my studies to attend midwifery school. I completed my academics with Mercy In Action college of Midwifery and started my clinical studies with several midwives but then paused my student clinical’s to get married and start a family. I am now a certified professional doula. I have been doing birth work for 6 years now and had two of my own beautiful births. One of which I had naturally at the hospital and the second at home!

I feel honored to be able to share my knowledge and passion with women and their families around Carthage, TN. Every birth is beautiful and I would love to help YOU birth YOUR baby, YOUR way!
